Do you customize your Lisette Collective packages? +

Yes, no two events are the same! We would love for you to reach out to inquire about the customization packages and we would be thrilled to bring your vision to life.

What happens if the weather is not cooperating? +

We are lucky to be in Denver, where there are 300 days of sun, however in the unfortunate situation that the weather makes a sudden change, our team will reach out to assists with a plan B or reschedule all together. Throughout the week of your scheduled picnic experience our team will closely monitor the weather as best as we can and be in touch.

What if we damage or break any items? +

Oops - Accidents happen! Your honesty is greatly appreciated. After our team assess the damage, we will be in touch with a possible incidental fee.

Can we extend our experience with Lisette Collective? +

Yes, no rush! We just require a notice before your picnic experience which can result in an extra $40 for two additional hours.

Are we able to leave whenever we want? +

In a rush? No worries, your basic picnic experience includes a two-hour time window, however in the event that you need to leave sooner, we just require that someone from the Lisette Collective team is informed and present before you go about leaving the set up. Just a friendly reminder, that you are responsible for the Lisette Collective inventory during your time frame

What’s Lisette Collective’s cancelation policy? +

Oh no! Changed your mind? While we are saddened to hear this, we require 72 hours’ notice for a 50% refund, otherwise there is no refund. We certainly want to be accommodating, so we are open to looking into rescheduling.

How much notice does Lisette Collective need to create a picnic? +

While we are all for the last-minute celebrations, we would recommend a 72-hour notice. The sooner the better, this way you are guaranteed your desired date.

Does Lisette Collective provide alcohol? +

The only bubbles & fizz we provide are LaCriox, however you are welcomed to provide your own wine, champagne or beer as a toast to your celebration.

Do you accommodate for food allergies? +

Certainly! We can make accommodations for you to enjoy whether you are plant based or vegan – just let us know!

Are we able to select other locations aside from the ones listed? +

Yes of course! While we are mainly based in the Denver area, we are open to exploring other locations, however there may be an additional labor and delivery fee to compensate for the distance.

Does Lisette Collective stay during the picnic? +

While we are so happy to already be a part of your celebration, after we set up and hand off the picnic experience, we leave you to enjoy the celebration with your friends and family, but don’t worry we won’t be too far, should you need anything!

Do we need to clean up?+

No, thanks for offering! Cleaning up is apart of Lisette Collective services. Just enjoy the celebration and we will take care of the rest.
